FAQ

1. Is the injection with MIRACLE JEX painless?

MIRACLE JEX uses high pressure to force the medication through a person’s skin. It doesn’t involve needles. This results in less discomfort than a needle injection, and less anxiety in people who were afraid of needles.

2. Can it be use with all types of insulin?

MIRACLE JEX injects medication through the skin into the subcutaneous tissue. It can be used for almost any injectable liquid including insulin. However, users should consult their physician before use.

3. How much does it cost?

The average usage is 1-3 ampoules per day. Type II diabetics typically use 1 a day. Type I diabetics may use additional ampoules for pre-meal insulin injection.

4. Is there any warranty?

The company offers a limited lifetime warranty that covers manufacturer defects, but excluding normal wear and tear.

Ampoules and adaptors are single use.

5. I am using a Non-U100 insulin?

The MiracleJex ampoule is designed for use with U100 insulin. For non-U100 insulin, example Toujeo U300, please consult your medical practitioner on the correct amount when reading off a U100 scale.
